Celebrating Our Royals: Student-Athlete Commitment Day at Delmarva Christian High School

 On May 20, Delmarva Christian High School proudly honored five exceptional student-athletes during our annual Student-Athlete Commitment Day. This special event marked a significant milestone in the athletic and academic journeys of these talented individuals as they prepare to take their skills to the next level.

Our honored athletes have demonstrated outstanding dedication, hard work, and excellence in their respective sports throughout their high school careers. Here are the five remarkable Royals and their college commitments:

Addy Benjamin: Cairn University - Volleyball
Journey Handy: Penn State Lehigh Valley - Basketball
Lily Hutt: Thomas Jefferson University - Softball
Maggie Kwiatkowski: Lancaster Bible College - Softball & Volleyball
Xavier Efford: Del Tech - Baseball

These student-athletes have not only excelled on the field but have also embodied the spirit and values of Delmarva Christian High School. Their commitment to their sports, academics, and personal growth serves as an inspiration to all of us.

Addy Benjamin will continue her volleyball journey at Cairn University. Her leadership and skill on the court have been instrumental in the success of our volleyball team.

Journey Handy, who has been a standout in basketball, will be taking her talents to Penn State Lehigh Valley. Journey's exceptional performance and leadership have been key to her team's achievements.

Lily Hutt
is set to play softball at Thomas Jefferson University. Her dedication and hard work have made her a cornerstone of our softball team.

Maggie Kwiatkowski will be showcasing her versatility by playing both softball and volleyball at Lancaster Bible College. Maggie's dual-sport talent and commitment have been a tremendous asset to our school.

Xavier Efford will continue his baseball career at Del Tech. His prowess on the diamond and leadership qualities have greatly contributed to the baseball team at DCHS.

We are incredibly proud of these student-athletes and their accomplishments. They have set a high standard for future Royals, and we look forward to seeing their continued success at the collegiate level.
Congratulations, Addy, Journey, Lily, Maggie, and Xavier! Your hard work and dedication have paid off, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for each of you.
