Enrollment & Events Coordinator

Kelly Enman serves as the Enrollment & Events Coordinator at Delmarva Christian School, bringing with her over a decade of dedicated experience in elementary education. With a profound commitment to fostering Christ-centered learning environments, Enman plays a pivotal role in welcoming new families and orchestrating impactful events that support the school's mission and community.

Before joining Delmarva Christian School, Kelly honed her educational expertise across various esteemed institutions. Most recently serving as a Preschool Teacher at Red Lion Christian Academy in Bear, Delaware, where she developed and implemented engaging, faith-based curricula that instilled a love for learning and nurtured students' relationships with God. Her collaborative approach and ability to create safe, welcoming classrooms have been hallmarks of her teaching philosophy.

Enman's extensive teaching background includes roles as a Kindergarten Teacher at MOT Charter School in Middletown, Delaware, and as a 2nd and 4th Grade Teacher at Little Bennett Elementary School in Montgomery County, Maryland. In these positions, she excelled in crafting differentiated lesson plans across core subjects, integrating technology into instruction, and maintaining strong, supportive connections with students' families. Her contributions also extended beyond the classroom through active participation in committees such as the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program.

An alumna of Lynchburg University, Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2007. Her academic foundation and hands-on experience have equipped her with a deep understanding of effective teaching strategies and student development practices.
