Kelly Duffy brings extensive experience in learning and development. With a Master of Arts in Secondary Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Duffy is a seasoned educator and trainer known for her expertise in curriculum development, program management, and ensuring learner success.

Her career is distinguished by significant achievements, including the development of individualized instruction programs for diverse learners. As a Lead Facilitator in K-12 schools across South Carolina and Delaware, Duffy led professional education initiatives, designed instructional content, and managed learner performance. She also brings valuable experience from her role as a Training Specialist at Delaware Technical & Community College, where she honed her skills in adult learning theory, quality control, and regulatory management.

Duffy is passionate about fostering impactful learning experiences and creating engaging educational environments. Her strengths in curriculum development, technology integration, and team collaboration make her an invaluable asset to Delmarva Christian School. Reflecting on her new role, Duffy shared, "The opportunity to be a part of the DCS team is an answered prayer. I'm most excited about forming new relationships with the DCS community—teachers, staff, students, and parents—as I look forward to contributing to excellent Christian education and supporting the growth of everyone involved."
