Director of Finance

Reiske, with over fifteen years of experience in finance and process improvement within nonprofit organizations, has a strong background in both human resources and finance. Prior to this role, she served as the Business Manager for Delmarva Christian Schools from November 2018 to June 2022.

Reiske also has significant experience in the public sector, having worked for the State of Delaware as a State Payroll Compliance Senior Analyst, Audit Supervisor, and State Auditor. She began her career in audit and tax roles at McGladrey (now RSM US LLP) and Marshall, Wagner, & Associates.

She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware - Lerner College of Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Wilmington University.
