About the ELC

The Early Learning Center (ELC) at the Delmarva Christian Milton Campus has been established to meet the educational, social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs of students from 2 years to 3 years old. The environment of the program is conducive to positive growth and the development of our younger students. Delmarva Christian Schools believes learning is a process, and DCS wants to help your student learn how to find answers as much as know them.

Program Information

The Early Learning Center (ELC) is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. for students two years to three years old.

Full-day enrollment is provided for all ELC students.

Academic Environment

ELC teachers have developed an academic curriculum that is unique to DCS and tailored to the students and their development.

TWOS

Supports language, literacy, math, movement, art, and interpersonal/social skills development.
THREES

Provides hands-on learning experiences, language skills, literacy, basics of phonics, math, dramatic play, and movement.

Admissions Process

Enrollment at the Early Learning Center occurs on a rolling basis throughout the year, as space allows.

Step 1: Contact Us

Before registering your child, it is encouraged that interested families check availability, and when it becomes appropriate, a visit will be scheduled for you to meet the ELC teachers and staff, and tour the facility.

Step 2: Apply

Apply to Delmarva Christian Schools and provide all required supporting documents. Application for the 2025-2026 school year will begin November 7, 2024.

Step 3: Interview

Once we have received all forms and fees, a member of our enrollment team will contact you to schedule an in-person interview at Delmarva Christian School. Upon completion of the New Student Interview, a member of the enrollment team will notify the family if the student will be enrolled at Delmarva Christian School.

Registration Fee

There is a $100 nonrefundable new student registration fee for the first student and $25.00 for each subsequent student who registers to the DCMC Early Learning Center at the same time as the first student.
Early Learning Center Closings

If the Early Learning Center is closed due to weather or another emergency, families will not receive a refund for that day.
