The 2005-2006 Delmarva Christian High School Boys Basketball team accomplished many firsts for DCHS.

In 2005, the Boys Basketball team won the first ESIAC Championship, which happened to be the first year of athletic competition at DCHS. In 2006, the team repeated as ESIAC Champions and were also the Diamond State Conference Champions that same year.

Their 18-4 record, as a second-year basketball program, was one of the best in the state of Delaware and landed the Royals in their first-ever State Tournament appearance.

The accomplishments of this team in the first two years of the school’s history—a school with less than 100 students—are truly remarkable and set a precedent for the excellence of Delmarva Christian’s athletic program.

It is our distinct honor to induct the 2005-2006 Boys Basketball team into the Delmarva Christian High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
