A 2007 graduate, Toné King transferred to Delmarva Christian as a junior and immediately made an impact on Royals Athletics. His exceptional soccer skills helped the team reach its first DIAA State Tournament in 2006, where he became the first field-sport athlete to earn All-State honors.
Toné’s athletic accolades include:
  • Soccer:
    • 2005 and 2006 ESIAC and Diamond State All-Conference Selection
    • 2006 DIAA All-State Selection
  • Basketball and Lacrosse:
    • Contributed to the Royals’ first state tournament appearance in basketball (2006)
    • 2007 ESIAC and Diamond State All-Conference Selection in Lacrosse
Toné was also recognized for his academic and athletic excellence, earning the DCHS Distinguished Student Award, MVP honors in Soccer and Lacrosse, and the 2007 Outstanding Male Athlete Award.
It is an honor to introduce Toné King as the fourth inductee into the Delmarva Christian High School Athletics Hall of Fame.
