Coach John Keevan

Coach John Keevan is the founding Track & Field coach at Delmarva Christian Schools, leading the program from 2005-2012. During his tenure, he guided Royals athletes to five individual state championships and five runner-up finishes at the DIAA State Championships. Under his leadership, four athletes earned All-State honors, and two went on to compete at the Division I level: Justin Savini (Liberty University) and Kayla Burd (Radford University).

Coach Keevan is particularly renowned for his expertise in the pole vault event, having led Delaware athletes to 26 state championships, 16 runner-up finishes, and 15 third-place finishes at the DIAA State Meet.

It is a privilege to introduce Coach John Keevan as the second inductee into the Delmarva Christian High School Athletics Hall of Fame.
