The 2006 Delmarva Christian High School Boys Soccer Team made history as the first soccer team in school history to qualify for the Delaware State Tournament. Their impressive 10-5-1 regular season record earned them a state ranking of 15, showcasing their skill and determination in just their third season.
In addition to their competitive success, the team was honored with the prestigious 2006 Diamond State Soccer Officials Association (DSSOA) Sportsmanship Award, recognizing their exemplary conduct on the field. These achievements, including their historic state tournament qualification, outstanding record, and recognition for character and integrity, established a standard of excellence and sportsmanship that continues to inspire future generations of athletes at Delmarva Christian High School.
