On Wednesday, August 20, Delmarva Christian High School welcomed the largest student body in the school’s history to begin the 2014-2015 school year. This was not an average first day of school, but a celebration of an enrollment accomplishment the school has been steadily working toward since its inception a decade ago. This year DCHS has enrolled over 200 students and is steadily enriching its curriculum, staff, and facilities to prepare for even more students next year and in the years to come.
During the past year Delmarva Christian has relocated to a new campus, began an exciting building plan that will almost double the teaching and athletics space of its current campus, and made several key hires to strengthen its learning and communications strategy. All the while Delmarva Christian High School has focused its efforts on providing a Christ–focused, biblical model as the foundation of its curriculum as well as its extracurricular activities—a model that is the core value of the DCHS experience.
